Led by industry veteran Mike Fox, Fox Unlimited brings decades of hands-on experience in property operations, residential property management, facilities management, and maintenance training across multifamily, commercial, single-family, and build-to-rent spaces.
We’ve walked the properties, solved the emergencies, trained the teams, and balanced the budgets. Mike Fox
A seasoned maintenance & facilities expert with over 24 years of field & leadership experience.
Mike is known for turning chaotic maintenance operations into well-oiled machines. With over 24 years of experience in facilities maintenance within the multi-family & commercial space, Mike Fox has established himself as a dynamic leader in technical training, team development, and operational excellence across various markets in the Southeast.
Mike served most recently as the Director of Maintenance Training & Certifications as well as Director of Maintenance at Northwood Ravin (a nationally recognized luxury multifamily developer, builder, and operator based in Charlotte, NC). He oversaw the technical education, onboarding, and professional growth of more than 85 service team members. Prior to this, Mike dedicated over 15 years to Greystar, where he advanced through multiple service-related positions, starting from Groundskeeper to Regional Maintenance Manager where he managed and directed the maintenance operations across 44+ properties. In the early 2000's, Mike was an Assistant Construction Superintendent in the condo-conversion industry. His expertise spans new & stabilized developments as well as property re-developments, giving him a well-rounded perspective on maintenance operations at every level.
Passionate about individual and team growth, Mike emphasizes strong relationship-building and professional development within the real estate industry. Mike is an active industry education advocate, sat on the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) Board of Directors, has participated in multiple educational panel discussions, advised various institutions with the creation and/or expansion of facilities related programs, as well as many other endeavors. This further demonstrates his commitment to advancing the field of maintenance training and leadership.
Throughout Mike's career, he has earned multiple industry awards, to include; three-time Service Manager of the Year, Corporate Professional of the Year, Instructor of the Year, and Volunteer of the Year.
Mike is from Charleston, SC. He is married to Natasha Fox (formerly Natasha Brehm), has 4 children, and a French Bulldog named Winston. He is an avid yard enthusiast and enjoys hanging out with his family poolside, beach and traveling the world!
